Ahh wonderful internet, how much i love you so. Today was an alright day well until i came home only to find out that my damn internet and cable was gone! My cable's still gone -_- making it so i can't watch my beloved Degrassi:( But hey it's alright, because i've got my internet making it possible to write up today's Music Friday.

Remember that gossip post a did a few weeks ago and you guys saw a picture of her this Yeah JB's lil' hook up on the side (such a playa :D) But what i probably didn't mention is that she's a GREAT singer. Like many of the artists featured on M.F. i've known about her for quite a while now, before JB came into the picture. She is actually a really good singer, plus her songs are hella catchy. I know she's gonna have a hard time now tho, cuz lil' girls out here love JB like odee and they don't want him kissing anyone else out there :/






Mayday Parade


So as usual when doing my daily sweep of websites, the name Mayday Parade caught my eye. I thought to myself, "that's one hell of an interesting name" and searched it up only to find it was band. Well i'm glad searched it up, because i actually like them. Describing their sound would be kind've hard but i'll just say Alternative alright! I'm in love with their song "When I Get home you're so dead", my ishh rite there! :D

So yea after my daily dose of Degrassi and a nice nap, i am ready 2 put up Music Friday! No time for small talk tho, watching Gigantic as i type!

So going through my daily dose of website checks, i found Jessie J. The first thing that caught my attention was how unique she looked. Then i heard her music and let me tell you it surprised me. It's not a regular thing where i hear a new artist and instantly admire their voice and style. Honestly after checking out some more of her music, she's so diverse with her style and i love it! Check out her banging new single "Do it Like a Dude"










Cymphonique
Now i've known about Cymphonique for a long time now. She's actually from a really famous family and she's 14 like me! She is the daughter of Master P A.K.A. Romeo's dad. Yup and believe me she has a beautiful voice! Ever since i heard her new song "Soldier Girl", i've been addicted to it. Honestly check her out, great artist in my head :D

Ahh Music Friday, the one consistent post on Gabby Luvs xD how much i love you! If you couldn't tell from the title, today's M.F. is all about the kiddies. And if you really think about it, i kinda fit in that category -_- MUSIC TIME

Associated with the great Chris Brown, he deserves to be in this post. When i tell you boy can sing, that isn't even the right thing to say, boy can SANG. Did i mention that he's only 12 years old? So it really doesn't surprise me that he hangs with Chris breezy. I found out about him by looking on this random site. I advise all of you guys to check him out. Next big thing!

Mindless Behavior
While this is a boy band, i still see them as able to fit into the Justin Bieber category. I found out about Mindless Behavior from that site i told you guys about last M.F.( Jysk.com) When i first heard their song "My girl", my first thought?
"Catchy as hell". Seriously i could not stop playing the song when i heard it. Check them out and get the song stuck in your head xD

See you probably thought i wasn't going to remember about Music Friday. How could i ever really forget about these Fridays? Really? But i know you guys just luuuuuvvvv new music so let's get this party started!!!!!!!!!:D
Plug In Stereo
Plug in Stereo A.K.A. Mr. Trevor Dahl kinda reminds me of Nevershoutnever (Christofer Drew). While no one can even begin to compare anyone to Christofer Drew, Plug in Stereo really kinda reminds me of him. He's from Portland, Oregon and mind you he has such a calm voice. I heard him from searching around on this website i usually go to (if you want to check it out: Jsyk.com) and i heard his song "Oh Darling" with one 0f our Music Friday artists, Cady Groves. After hearing that i decided i must put it on my ipod ( Can't listen to it now though, ipod's dead and wire's messed up ):) it was official... I LOVED IT. I also like some of his other songs like "But I Can't". Check him out!







I See Stars
Hailing from Warren, Michigan, they combine screamo music and pop music, just my type ;) I found out about this band from where else....Youtube. I love that when you listen to their music, it has a little bit of everything, techno, screamo, pop etc. They were on the warped tour along with the likes with Nevershoutnever and others. If you like songs that give a lil' bit of everything, they are most defiantly for you, so check them out!

Yes today is Music Friday and today is also the day that i put my 1st vlog up! So get excited for that and in the meanwhile, read up about some new music xD.

Wiz Khalifa
Out of all of all of the music sites and blogs that i visit on the daily, i've always skipped through the Wiz Khalifa posts. Don't ask me why, because honestly i really don't know why. Now that i have listened to his music, i'm like "Damn why didn't i listen to him sooner?". He's a great lyricist and the songs he make, make me want to go to a party. He's one of those rappers who i feel is most defiantly on their way to the top. Hailing from Pittsburg, Wiz Khalifa is giving people something to talk about! TAYLOR GANG OR DIE! :D

Bring me the Horizon

So i was browsing through this writing site i usaully go on, and i saw this picture of a dude rocking out with a mic in his hand. So i checked the article out and found out that the guy in the picture was actually apart of this band called "Bring me the Horizon". Being me, you know i had to search the band up and sure enough i fell in love. The song that really caught my attention was "Diamonds aren't forever", because of the beginning lyrics. This band is great, they have such good music. And if you're into screamo, then they are defiantly for you. Did I mention that i am now totally in love with Oli Sykes ( the lead singer) :D

So today is Friday which means and we all know what happens on Fridays at Gabbyluvs ;) I can't believe this is going to be the last music Friday that i have no school :( Boo! Maybe......JUST MAYBE, i will do 2 posts today, but remember that's just a maybe xD Onto to Music Friday!!!!!!!

I'll admit it, when I first heard about his song "Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza" like many others i thought it was probably weak....then i listened to it. As soon as he started rapping, i could tell that he was good... not good...more like great. With him being white, he's more than likely gonna be compared to Eminem, but honestly they have COMPLETELY different flows and everything. Defiantly one of the artists to watch out 4 :D

Khalil
Being dubbed as "The new Chris Brown", Khalil defiantly has a lot of expectations to live up to. Now really i knew about Khalil for a long time, i just...never listened to his music. While doing my daily website check on Rap-up.com ( A site i recommend 2 everyone) i saw a post about him and his new music video. I'll admit it, i watched the video and i did not like the song.......at all. It's one of those songs that i had to play over and over to actually like it. Now it's stuck in my head and i can't get the lyrics out! While i don't agree with him being the next Chris Brown, i do believe that he's got the potential to be BIG. Check out his music video! (Did i mention he's 15? xD):

Sky Ferreira is someone who i've been following for a long time now, i mean i love LOVE her music. It's a shame she isn't big yet but that's what Music Friday is all about, showing you guys out there about hot and new music! Sky Ferreira has been dubbed the new generation "Lolita" (A movie that I LOVE myself) because she's that wild, crazy 18 year old girl who makes you want to listen 2 her. If there's one thing i can say about Sky is that her music is very, VERY addictive. Check her out and tell me in the comments what you guys think about Ms. Ferreira :)

Jessica Jarrell is someone, who like Sky Ferreira, is someone who i've been following for a long time. I always had this song on my ipod my her and i never really knew about her until a few months ago when i realized that she had a new video out and that she was only 15! I swear by it, listening to her music before knowing who she was, i could've sworn that she was like 20 or 21 even by her voice, well i see now how wrong i was! =) The video for one of her songs is in my little ipod player to the side, so you guys can check for that! But here's her new video with Aaron Fresh and Diggy Simmons!

A Very Early Music Friday

So its 1:29 in the morning and where is Gabby? Sitting in a dark room, listening to this mixtape and writing this post!
Colette Carr
If you watched Teennick's "The Nightlife" tonight after Degrassi, and watched until the end, you would've saw her on it. That is how i and many other people discovered Colette Carr. That performance left me shocked and thinking this chick was completely crazy and i had to find out more about her.
I wasn't sure if i liked her song "Back it up" but after listening to it the second time and watching that seriously crazy video along with her video for "Bitch like me" and i loved it. Searching through the comments on utube ( which is something i usually always do) i found out that her mixtape was coming out at 12 am. And that is the mixtape i am listening to right now and i must say she's crazy,vulgar funny and she's the first white female rapper to come out of Malibu! Plus i must say i was very VERY impressed with this mixtape.



Cady Groves

While searching through comments on some of Nevershoutnever's songs,i noticed that some people were mentioning how this girl, Cady Groves is like the female version of him. Now as a hardcore Nevershoutnever, i had to check this out and whoever made those comments were absolutely right.
She really does remind me of the female version of Nevershoutnever, she has a beautiful voice kinda like him. I downloaded a lot of songs from her and i love all of them. Plus when i checked on Hot Topic's website, they had this feature where music artists showed some of their favorite songs from the store and guessed who was involved in it? Yes Cady Groves was in it. Check her out, she's a really good singer! :)
